We Can Help Today!

Express Newport glaziers offer a complete double glazing service including a local double glazing installer, double glazing repairs and Newport replacement double glazing.

Double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee. If requested, we can replace the vacuum between the glass panes with a layer of Argon gas, to further facilitate heat management. We can also supply and install triple-glazed units on request for Newport and the local area.

Newport Glazing Testimonials

Customer Name: John R. Davis.
I wish to thank two of your staff for the very professional manner in which they dealt with the emergency call-out to my property. Firstly the lady who took my initial telephone call, whose name I believe was Kerry. She listened carefully to my problem and then proceeded to offer a solution giving detailed information on how to solve it. She was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Secondly to the engineer, Tim Friedenheim, who arrived at the agreed time and immediately got on with the job. He to was extremely polite, courteous and fully understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
I have been involved with the training of customer service to both domestic and international companies within the United Kingdom and the USA and it always stands out when excellence is achieved in this field.

Example Of Our Glass Services

Cat & Dog Flaps
Given a sufficiently large pane of glass, we can manufacture and install a pane of glass, with a hole pre-cut for the flap. We cannot work on existing toughened glass (due to the high tension in the glass), any pressure applied to the glass would cause the destruction of the glass. It is possible to cut normal glass in situ, but as this is at the owner's own risk, it is not recommended. There must be a minimum clearance of 150mm between the edge of the glass, and the edge of the hole of the flap, so the glass is able to go through the toughening process and remain intact.
